Report Policy & Ownership Verification – 321Cuckold.com / 321CuckoldChat.com
1. When to Submit a Report
Submit a report only if one of the following applies:
– The image/video depicts you (or your partner) and was uploaded on 321C without consent.
– You are the original photographer or rights holder of the material used without authorization.
– You wish to withdraw consent for content you originally uploaded yourself.
Important: Reports about reposting on external websites or social media cannot be processed. 321C has no control or jurisdiction outside its own platform.
2. How to File a Report
Send an email to [email protected] including:
– Your 321C username and a working contact email.
– A direct image link and timestamp to the content or a screenshot.
– Username of the uploader.
– A short description explaining why the content violates your rights or lacks consent.
– Proof of ownership as described in Section 3 below.
We can only act on reports supported by clear, verifiable evidence. Incomplete or unverifiable reports cannot be processed.
3. Proof of Ownership (Required)
To determine ownership, we require convincing technical proof of authorship or original possession:
1) Original, unedited file from your device with intact EXIF data (preferred).
• EXIF (Exchangeable Image File Format) contains technical details such as date/time and camera/phone model and helps demonstrate that you possess the original file.
2) A high-resolution original file that clearly predates the reposted version (not downscaled, not cropped, no added watermark).
3) An identifiable element linking the photo to you (for example, a reproducible digital watermark or a consistent device/environment signature you can reasonably substantiate on request).
What does not count as evidence:
– Profile notes or disclaimers (“do not save / do not repost”).
– Only links to earlier uploads without the underlying original file/EXIF.
– Screenshots or chat messages about “permission.”
Without at least one of the acceptable proofs above, 321C cannot determine ownership and cannot take action.
4. Review & Action
– Acknowledgement is sent after your report is received.
– Review: if the evidence proves ownership or withdrawal of consent, the material will be removed.
– Accounts that violate policy may be suspended or permanently terminated.
– If the claim cannot be verified, no action will be taken; you may resubmit with stronger evidence.
– Content involving minors or other criminal material is immediately escalated to the competent authorities.
– Report data and evidence are retained only for review/audit (maximum 30 days) and then deleted.
5. External Reposting (Outside 321C)
321C does not act on reposting that occurs outside the platform (third-party sites, forums, social media).
Uploading to a public chat room is at your own risk; other users may view, download, and technically re-upload content. 321C has no control over behavior outside its own domain.
6. Legal Notes
– 321C is a neutral hosting service and not a producer/publisher of user-generated content.
– Action is taken only on substantiated, verifiable reports (per EU Digital Services Act principles).
– False or abusive reports may lead to account sanctions.
– Personal profile disclaimers such as “do not save” or “do not repost” have no legal effect because other users are not required to read or accept them beforehand.
7. Contact
Reports (ownership / non-consensual): [email protected]
Privacy & data requests: [email protected]
Compliance & legal: [email protected]
8. Unverifiable or Conflicting Reports
If two or more users claim to be the original owner of the same material, or if ownership cannot be verified due to missing technical proof, 321C cannot make a determination. In such cases, the reported content will remain online until one party provides clear, verifiable evidence (for example, the original unedited file with EXIF). 321C cannot act on subjective or unverified claims. This protects all users equally and ensures legal compliance.
